Paidy payment in the following month (Convenience store/Bank)
- Invoices will be issued on the first day of the following month after the end of the month for confirmed monthly billings, and notification will be sent via e-mail or SMS (short message) by the third day of the month.
Payment can be made through convenience stores (payment at convenience store terminals), bank transfer, or account transfer.
- Payment is due by the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be deducted on the 12th*. However, the payment date for January and May may be the 20th*.
- Depending on the payment method, a handling fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, 356 yen (tax included); for bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. No payment fee will be charged for account transfers.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for a refund, please contact us in advance by e-mail.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
・Merchandise that has had the tags removed from the product

・Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 6 days after arrival.

・Products made to order (custom-made products)
